Please see the list below for a few examples of what situations are considered emergencies and will be dealt with immediately:
  • Water Intrusion
  • Fire Alarms
  • Gate stuck CLOSED (stuck open will be addressed the next business day)
  • Both elevators down (one down will be addressed the next business day)
  • People stuck in the elevator
